Theatre director Chokri Ben Chikha travelled to Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories early this year in preparation for his new play ‘Persians. Triumph of Empathy'. Director Jan Beddegenoodts accompanied him and made a film about the trip and some pressing questions: Can you have empathy for your enemy? And who is prideful now? Netanyahu? Hamas? Or the filmmakers themselves?

The documentary will be followed by a panel discussion with documentary filmmakers Chokri and Jan who will be joined by experience expert Hassan Alzaaneen.
